Our mission is to support you in creating the fitness you want for your body and your life. We offer functional and unconventional fitness with purpose in Portland parks and kettlebell training at Gem Studio, as well as personal training and health coaching to help you achieve your goals. We are dedicated to promoting well-being, not just for you, but for our world; we contribute 15% of our proceeds to community organizations. We use minimal electricity to power our workouts, the structures we find around us and recycled materials to create a fitness experience that has minimal environmental impact.

- Get a Grip Kettlebell Training, Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 7 am at Gem Studio 1110 NE Glisan St
